The museum tour ends in the ‘Nostalgia’ shop, where the rich variety of Alprose production can be tasted at will. The decidedly favourable prices make it possible to prolong the pleasure of a fascinating visit.
In the Alprose factory proper, visitors have the opportunity to observe from the top of a gangway the various stages of chocolate processing: from the liquefaction of the cocoa to its wrapping and packaging. Immersed in a delicious cocoa aroma, one learns about the processing thanks to the comprehensive explanations accompanying the photographs of the ultra-modern machinery responsible for the basic treatments in chocolate production.
